Terms of being eligible for applying a refund
- You make less than 10% progress of completion in the course.
- You are not working as or for a similar service provider, and have no intention of becoming one (working as or for a similar service provide) in the future, and you enclose a signed declaration stating as said in your application.
- You must apply for requesting a refund through the course system, any other way will be seen as fraud.
- You must fulfill all of the terms above to be eligible.
Process of receiving the refund
- You apply for requesting a refund, with the said declaration to show that this move isn’t out of vicious intention.
- You get reply from Interview Practice in 3 work days (we will need time to review your eligibility). If you are checked as eligible, you will get a reply with a questionnaire investigating how we can do better in our service.
- You help us with filling out the questionnaire and send it back.
- You receive a reply stating whether your questionnaire is examined as accepted, or rejected because you fail to provide feedback according to the requirements; if rejected, you are allowed to make modification for one time.
- Time for the one-time modification shall be submitted within 25 days since the date of enrollment; for example, you enrolled at 08:00 on January 1, and the close time for your submission will be at 08:00 on January 25, and it doesn’t include the exact time of 08:00 on January 25.
- When your submission is accepted, your refund will be processed by Teachable. This takes 10 days or more. The amount of refund is subject to the percentage of the incomplete course, and an extra 30 USD fee for administration work will be charged.
- Be noted, all of the banking actions require transaction fees from local/international bank, and we will not be able to know the exact number nor make compensation.
